In 1981 I began to create and produce bicycling events, many fundraisers for the American Lung Association and other charities. Most of my business activity, but not all of it, was devoted to producing cycling events from 1983 until 2003. In 2004, I decided to spend more time teaching survival and outdoor skills. All together, I designed and produced 89 cycling events for over 17,000 cyclists.
